The overall objective of IIVA is to set standards in the field of ABACUS and VEDICMATHS, and thus enhance the skills in women and unemployed youth, giving them an opportunity to earn by creating jobs simultaneously. The activities mainly include Skill training on Abacus through specialized tools, Vedic Maths and Computer basics and other value-added knowledge with expertise support. After the training, trainees will be made to explore their learning practically in the form of internship programmes in different schools and will also be evaluated in the context of both concept clarity and practical knowledge.
The objective is to create a workforce empowered with the necessary and continuously upgraded skills, knowledge and internationally recognized qualifications to gain access to decent employment and ensure India’s competitiveness in the dynamic global market. It aims at increasing the productivity and employability of the workforce (self employed) both in the organized and unorganized sectors. It seeks increased participation of youth, women and disabled sections to synergize efforts of various sectors and reform the present system with the enhanced capability to adapt to changing technologies.
